Overview

Goku’s eldest son (ep 0006 00:18:23). Seen in the staff’s vision of the past: weeks after Goku and Vegeta vanished he confronted the Gods of Destruction, flew at them in a rage on hearing his father had been condemned, and was erased by Liquiir’s Hakai (ep 0006 00:05:18–00:11:02). Revived by the wish (ep 0102 00:37:52–00:40:13), he fought the demon invasion, became “Beyond beast Gohan” and killed Demon King Miro (ep 0116 00:37:05–00:39:37). Dante and Virgil later merged into him to form Sparda (ep 0158 00:24:28–00:30:11; ep 0159 00:04:10), and Lucif killed him by snapping his neck while Sparda held his body (ep 0167 00:11:08–00:12:27). As of ep 0220 he is among the fighters inside Ultra Vegito, “whether dead or alive”, still lending him power (ep 0220 00:03:37–00:03:59).
