Summary

Zeno congratulates the restored Dai, still leaking demonic energy, who would rather let the fallen Vegito suffer than kill him quickly (ep 0102 00:02:16–00:04:29). With a light from his blackened hand Dai rebuilds the divine mushroom and Zeno’s palace — but the throne comes back huge, black and red, winged and topped with a horned skull, and Dai realises Lucif’s energy is shaping things without his consent (ep 0102 00:06:43–00:13:02). Zeno wants to keep Vegito for another show; Dai explains that Zeno is “as vulnerable as you look”, relying on his attendants, and that angels who turn on their god are erased (ep 0102 00:13:34–00:18:47). He sets out to recreate Z and S, but two horned demon warriors in red and black armour appear instead; they crush Zeno’s head while black lightning holds Dai still (ep 0102 00:18:53–00:26:51). Lucif, inside Dai, points out that Dai made the guards that killed his god — and an angel who does that is erased on the spot (ep 0102 00:25:39–00:28:39). Dai insists no demon can control an angel’s pure heart; Lucif answers that Dai has grown more evil than he, and was his true vessel all along. “I… I WAS THE VESSEL!” — Dai is erased, and his two red diamonds become Lucif’s body, back in the mortal realm for the first time in millennia (ep 0102 00:28:59–00:33:30). “YOU’VE WON, VEGITO!… ALL GODS WHO FORSAKED YOU, ARE NOW FINALLY DEAD!” (ep 0102 00:33:58–00:34:05). Zalama’s dragon then appears, grants the wish and scatters into seven Super Dragon Balls across the multiverse; Earth returns, the Z fighters are revived, and Vegito, partly healed by the dragon’s energy, senses Gohan, Goten and Trunks (ep 0102 00:35:20–00:40:30). Lucif takes the throne as “the new Omni King of Universe 1 to 12” and fires beams across the multiverse that unleash armies of demons on every planet; the barrier between the realms is broken (ep 0102 00:42:28–00:50:23). He drops Vegito through a portal into the demon realm (ep 0102 00:50:30–00:52:31). Then Vegito’s spit on the ground splits and grows into Goku and Vegeta (ep 0102 00:53:15–00:54:04). On Earth, as the Z fighters battle demons, Hit steps out of a time portal with reinforcements from the Planet Vegeta timeline — King Vegeta, in a “Super Saiyan 4 God form”, and a blindfolded Bardock (ep 0102 00:54:19–00:59:22). In a red-sanded wasteland, Vegito claws his way out of the ground: “LUCIF, THIS IS NOT OVER.” (ep 0102 00:59:35–01:00:50).

Key events

  • 00:02:16–00:02:53 Zeno: “Oh, Dai, you won!… I was worried.”
  • 00:03:02–00:03:20 Dai has absorbed “all of Vegito’s lucif-infused energy”; his two crimson diamonds still leak demonic energy.
  • 00:03:52–00:04:29 Zeno: “are you really going to send him away? Or are we keeping him?”; Dai: “A quick death would be no justice.”
  • 00:04:41 Dai: the realm “hasn’t been this bad since the first multiversal tournament!”
  • 00:05:53–00:06:21 Zeno: “If my palace is gone, where am I sleeping tonight?… where is my throne?”
  • 00:06:50–00:07:25 Dai: “I built this place once many years ago, and I can build it again… All things this damn mortal ruined, will be reset!”
  • 00:07:32–00:08:41 A divine light rebuilds the divine mushroom and the palace.
  • 00:09:39–00:10:38 The new throne: several times larger, black and red, devilish wings, a skull with two horns.
  • 00:10:02 Dai: “IN THE NAME OF AKOBET [?]!”
  • 00:12:18–00:13:02 Dai: “I created that monstrosity!… It must be Lucif’s energy!… how is it causing changes without my consent?!”
  • 00:13:34–00:13:58 Zeno: “I really like Son Goku!… Another show?”
  • 00:14:37–00:15:06 Dai: had Vegito killed him, “He would have brutally killed you next!… This Vegito is no Son Goku!”
  • 00:15:31–00:16:01 Zeno: “I can fight! I’m just never allowed to!” — picturing himself in a Pride Trooper uniform like Jiren.
  • 00:16:21–00:17:34 Dai: Zeno has “not just one Angel Attendant, but three”; destroyers’ angels outclass them but may never attack or disobey them, on pain of “instant erasure… Just like that poor fool, Whis”.
  • 00:17:42–00:18:13 “the same applies to you and I”; Zeno can erase universes but is “as vulnerable as you look”.
  • 00:18:53–00:19:11 Dai: next, recreate Z and S, “twice as powerful”.
  • 00:20:18–00:21:27 Two horned giants appear in red-and-black armour, skulls on their belts matching the throne — “no divine gods of his making, but more of the demon realm”.
  • 00:22:05–00:23:20 They swing at Zeno’s head; black lightning freezes Dai.
  • 00:24:12–00:26:51 Zeno’s head is crushed; his body is tossed off the throne.
  • 00:25:39–00:26:12 Lucif, in Dai’s mind: “Wasn’t it your sworn oath to protect him? Didn’t you create those guards who just annihilated him?”
  • 00:27:07–00:27:27 Vegito, barely conscious: “LUCIF!… BUT HOW?”
  • 00:27:41–00:28:39 Dai’s body starts to vanish; Lucif: “THIS IS YOUR BODY… WHAT YOU JUST DID WITH YOUR BODY WAS GO AGAINST YOUR GOD AND KILL HIM!… INSTANT ERASURE!”
  • 00:28:59–00:29:12 Dai: “NO DEMON CAN CONTROL THE PURE HEART OF AN ANGEL! IT IS WRITTEN!”
  • 00:29:22–00:30:32 Lucif: “YOU HAVE GROWN TO BECOME EVEN MORE EVIL THAN I!… THE EVIL THAT SECRETLY GREW WITHIN THE MULTIVERSE TO HARBOR MY RETURN WAS NEVER THE GOD-KILLER, IT WAS ALWAYS YOU!”
  • 00:30:48–00:31:18. Memories of Dai’s atrocities.
  • 00:31:22–00:31:46 Dai is erased; his two red diamonds remain, “GIVEN LUCIF HIMSELF WAS NO ANGEL ATTENDANT OF DAI”.
  • 00:31:56–00:32:29 The diamonds merge and grow into Lucif’s body — “FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MILLENNIA. HOW I MISSED THIS!”
  • 00:32:39–00:33:22 Lucif: two horns, two demon eyes, lesser eyes spattered over his body.
  • 00:33:58–00:34:05 Lucif: “YOU’VE WON, VEGITO! YOUR MISSION IS COMPLETE! ALL GODS WHO FORSAKED YOU, ARE NOW FINALLY DEAD!”
  • 00:34:44–00:34:50 Vegito: “LUCIF, HE’S BACK!… WAS THIS HIS PLAN ALL ALONG?”
  • 00:35:20–00:36:15 The area goes dark; “ZALAMA, THE ETERNAL DRAGON OF THE SUPER DRAGONBALLS” appears, summoned the instant Zeno’s game ended with Vegito the victor.
  • 00:36:32–00:36:49 Lucif: “THIS DRAGON GOD IS THEIR LAST CHANCE SALOON… HOW PATHETIC!”
  • 00:37:02–00:37:28 The dragon’s eyes flash — a wish granted — and it splits into the seven Super Dragon Balls, which scatter “ALL OVER THE MULTIVERSE, YET AGAIN”.
  • 00:37:44–00:38:17 Vegito senses Gohan, Goten and Trunks.
  • 00:38:25–00:39:17 A yellow energy partly heals him: “THAT DRAGON, THAT GOD HELPED ME.”
  • 00:39:23–00:40:13 Earth reappears; the Z fighters are revived, their erasure undone “AFTER OVER A DECADE”.
  • 00:40:30 Vegito: “ZALAMA, HE STAYED TRUE TO HIS WORD.”
  • 00:41:42–00:42:21 Lucif: “THAT LITTLE WAGER… A FITTING REWARD FOR BRINGING ABOUT MY RETURN… A SHAME, IT WILL ONLY BE SHORT LIVED.”
  • 00:42:28–00:42:36 The throne and the two guards were designed by Lucif; the guards serve him.
  • 00:42:53–00:43:38 Lucif sits: “TO FINALLY SIT ABOVE ALL, AS THE OMNI KING!” — “THE NEW OMNI KING OF UNIVERSE 1 TO 12”.
  • 00:44:13–00:45:09 A dark-red beam through the roof; thousands of beams spread out over the multiverse.
  • 00:45:40–00:45:50 Lucif: “ORDER OF THE DAY IS ANNIHILATION OF ALL YOU PATHETIC MORTALS.”
  • 00:46:20–00:47:43 On Yardrat, the beams bring out an army of low-level demons; the same on every planet of the 12 universes.
  • 00:48:21–00:49:02 On Earth, Gohan senses hundreds of beams full of demons.
  • 00:49:32–00:50:23 Lucif: “THE BARRIER IN BETWEEN THE TWO REALMS HAS FINALLY BROKEN. I’M THE RULER NOW, OF BOTH REALMS. THIS WILL ALLOW ME TO FUSE THE TWO” — no one of the five strongest is left to guard the demon realm.
  • 00:50:30–00:51:42 A dark portal opens under Vegito and sucks him into blackness.
  • 00:52:10–00:52:31 Lucif: “HOW I MET MINE ALL THOSE YEARS AGO… MAYBE IN A FEW MILLION YEARS, YOU CAN REPEAT HISTORY AND COME FOR MY HEAD AS I DID ZENO”.
  • 00:52:42–00:53:09 Lucif, his guards and the throne vanish.
  • 00:53:15–00:54:04 Vegito’s spit splits into two globules that grow into Goku and Vegeta, “JUST LIKE HE INITIALLY SPAT THEM OUT IN THE PYRAMID OF POWER”, “EVEN IF, VEGITO NO LONGER DOES”.
  • 00:54:19–00:54:48 Earth is a battlefield: Piccolo, Gohan, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha, Chiaotzu and Gotenks against endless demons.
  • 00:55:09–00:55:37 Piccolo wants to regroup at Kami’s Lookout; Gohan, “THE PSEUDO-LEADER OF UNIVERSE 7’S FORCES”, refuses.
  • 00:55:58–00:56:46 A black portal opens; out steps “THE ASSASSIN OF UNIVERSE 6”: “FEAR NOT, WARRIORS OF UNIVERSE 7.”
  • 00:56:56–00:57:18 It is a time portal, through his newly acquired time ring: “I HAVE PREPARED REINFORCEMENTS… YOU CAN THANK SON GOKU AND VEGETA.”
  • 00:57:54–00:58:34 King Vegeta “IN A SUPER SAIYAN 4 GOD FORM” and Bardock, blindfolded, from the timeline where Vegito taught the Saiyan transformation.
  • 00:58:53–00:59:22 King Vegeta: “SO THIS IS WHERE THAT VEGITO FELLOW CAME FROM”; Bardock: “I WOULDN’T HAVE MINDED SENDING KAKAROT OR RADITZ HERE.”
  • 00:59:35–01:00:50 A barren land of red sand and dead trees; a gloved hand bursts from the ground; Vegito: “LUCIF, THIS IS NOT OVER.” — “THE LAND OF THE DEMONS”.

Uncertainties

  • From 00:27:41 the transcript is in capitals.
  • The title says “20 Years”; the narration says Earth’s erasure is undone “AFTER OVER A DECADE” (00:40:13).
  • The dragon is called “ZALAMA, THE ETERNAL DRAGON” (00:36:00), though Zalama faded “for eternity” in ep 0093 — see retcons.
  • What exactly the wish brought back beyond Earth and the Z fighters isn’t shown; Vegito senses Gohan, Goten and Trunks (00:37:44–00:38:17). Whether Vegito’s family and New Namek returned isn’t said.
  • Zeno’s “three” angel attendants (00:16:21–00:16:34) are presumably Dai, Z and S (inferred).
  • “THE ASSASSIN OF UNIVERSE 6” (00:56:46) is Hit — named when he reappears in the next episode (ep 0103 00:02:29–00:03:25) — with “HIS SECRET ACQUIRING OF A NEW TIME RING A FEW CHAPTERS AGO” (00:56:56).
  • “IN THE NAME OF ACOBEL!” (00:10:02) is Akobel, Dai’s father (ep 0156 00:26:50), probably the same angel Z channelled as “Akobet” (ep 0062) (inferred).
  • A channel aside about “CALL ME ARJ SUBSCRIBERS” is folded into a story line at 00:58:08.
