Summary

Flying across sector 9 in search of its kingdom, Vegito learns that his “guide” Yamoshi has never been there either; Yamoshi argues his wisdom is still useful and spots four demons to question (ep 0115 00:01:09–00:04:28). The demons threaten Yamoshi as a hornless “flesh pile” but grovel the moment they see their new emperor (ep 0115 00:04:39–00:07:12). One of them opens the way with a “Demon Techniques! Hidden Kingdom!” sign — a huge black hole in the ground — and Vegito jumps straight in, Yamoshi following (ep 0115 00:08:42–00:10:40). Below lies a dark, lavish kingdom; over Yamoshi’s protests, Vegito feasts, and learns the delicious meat is the flesh of the lowest-rank demons — and keeps eating (ep 0115 00:11:04–00:14:52). Asked why he drained Sega instead of turning him into chocolate, Vegito says he got carried away proving a point, and promises to remember next time; Yamoshi thinks the energy is already affecting him (ep 0115 00:15:12–00:17:26). On Earth, Bardock in Omen Ultra Instinct toys with Demon King Miro — catching him by the throat inside his “Demon Tornado” — and Miro decides Bardock is the soul Lucif wants, the one to raise him to emperor (ep 0115 00:17:30–00:29:21). Gohan knocks away Miro’s biggest blast and takes over the fight, telling his grandfather not to jump in (ep 0115 00:31:18–00:33:48). Enraged at being underestimated, Miro bulks up, his purple tattoos glowing, into a hulking form; Gohan, thinking of Bojack, readies his Ultimate form for his greatest challenge since Perfect Cell (ep 0115 00:34:08–00:37:20).

Key events

  • 00:01:34–00:01:48 Vegito, after flying over 20 minutes: “how far away are we from Sector 9’s kingdom?”
  • 00:02:02–00:02:14 Yamoshi: “You know the story of how I was apparently beaten by Aiza. It’s not like I’ve been here before.”
  • 00:03:24–00:03:56 Yamoshi: “Where other demons are is where information is… as the new demon emperor of Sector 9, you’ll be able to get it out of them.”
  • 00:04:51 A demon: “He has no horns! He’s a flesh pile!”
  • 00:06:04–00:06:10 Yamoshi: “calling me old 24-7 is starting to annoy me! I’m a god! I look younger than you”.
  • 00:06:38–00:07:03 “It’s him! It’s the new Emperor!”; the demons bow and apologise.
  • 00:08:52–00:09:24 A young demon’s hand sign — “Demon Techniques! Hidden Kingdom!” — opens a pitch-black hole in the ground.
  • 00:09:58–00:10:07 Yamoshi: he heard “every sector’s kingdom would be slightly different. A unique oddity with each. Some could be dangerous”.
  • 00:11:04–00:11:44 An underground kingdom under a pitch-black sky; Vegito: “Much more fancy than Sector 10”.
  • 00:12:06–00:12:41 Yamoshi: “You and I don’t need food anymore! You have people to save!”; Vegito’s eyes glow red: “How about you remember who you’re talking to? GOD!”
  • 00:13:17–00:13:24 The butler: “Our stockpiles are near infinite for you, my lord!”
  • 00:13:59–00:14:13 The meat is “The burning flesh of our lowest rank demons!”; Vegito: “Oh well, food is food!” (00:14:40).
  • 00:15:34–00:16:01 Yamoshi: turning demons into chocolate was meant to keep them “cocooned within you, with no effect on your powers… That’s what you did with Aiza! Why not with Sega?”
  • 00:16:28–00:16:54 Vegito: “I just got carried away! I wanted to prove a point to that Cell reject… His additional power… will hardly be affecting me!”
  • 00:17:16–00:17:26 Yamoshi, to himself: “I can see it having its effect even now! Damn you Vegito!”
  • 00:17:54–00:18:23 Gohan doesn’t need help; Bardock wants to move “my old bones”.
  • 00:19:08–00:20:42 Bardock’s Omen Ultra Instinct dodges Miro’s dark-lightning punch, leaving an after-image, and kicks his chin.
  • 00:21:41–00:21:46 Miro: “Those movements… He is what Lord Lucif desires!”
  • 00:22:05–00:22:16 Gohan: “That’s dad’s dad, alright!… just like his at the tournament! Ultra… Instinct!”
  • 00:23:04–00:23:08 Miro: “You are who Lord Lucif desires! And who will bring me my rise to Emperor status!”; he tears his clothes, showing a tattoo (00:23:16).
  • 00:24:09–00:24:26 Bardock: “Guess that’s for that fancy tower! Kakarot mentioned.”
  • 00:25:47–00:26:20 “Demon Tornado!”; Bardock: “You don’t see techniques like this back on planet Vegeta!”
  • 00:26:59–00:28:26 With “his one visible ultra-instinct eye” glistening, Bardock grabs Miro by the throat inside the tornado and throws him down: “Pathetic!”
  • 00:29:13–00:29:21 Miro: “Your soul has to be siphoned!… Nor let another Emperor steal what is mine again!”
  • 00:31:29–00:32:10 Gohan’s beam knocks Miro’s blast aside and his kick hits Miro’s ribs: “I’m your opponent, not him!”
  • 00:32:41 Miro: “You are not what Lord Lucif desires! I will deal with you after!”
  • 00:33:29–00:33:40 Gohan: “I had no idea you were that strong, Gramps… No jumping in, okay?”
  • 00:34:22–00:35:50 Miro bares more of his tattoo, which glows purple; his body swells, “near 10X’d his muscle mass”.
  • 00:36:26 Miro: “For your insolence, blindfolded earthling, your kin will die right before your eyes!”
  • 00:36:46–00:36:56 Gohan: “He reminds me a lot of Bojack… And we all know how that went”.
  • 00:37:11–00:37:20 Gohan readies himself for “his greatest challenge, since Perfect Cell”.

Uncertainties

  • Bardock’s reply at 00:32:54–00:33:29 is missing from the transcript; the line “Out of my league! No more jumping in!” (00:33:48) has no clear speaker.
  • Miro calls Bardock “blindfolded earthling” (00:36:26) though his bandana was raised in ep 0114 (inferred: he means Bardock).
  • “Nor let another Emperor steal what is mine again” (00:29:21) suggests an emperor once took a prize from Miro; not explained.
