Summary

In space above the erased planet, Sidra and Mohito find themselves impaled on Vegito’s ki blade; Vegito, more battered than usual and bloodied, has survived the planetary Hakai, and Sidra can’t understand how (ep 0014 00:01:00–00:02:45). Vegito condemns Sidra for destroying his own universe’s people just to get at him, and his power surges out of control (ep 0014 00:03:09–00:04:32). Mohito, calling himself a child of the Grand Priest, erases the blade with a slash and reasons that whatever Vegito did to survive has weakened him; Sidra goes to full Hakaishin power and Mohito into mastered Ultra Instinct (ep 0014 00:04:55–00:07:40). Vegito then seems to break down, reliving Earth’s erasure and crying out the names of Gohan, Krillin and Pan, and the two attack from both sides (ep 0014 00:07:56–00:09:55). It was an act: two beams seize both of them by the throat, as he once did to Heles’s daughters, and he mocks Sidra’s call to “fight like a man” and Mohito’s failed instincts (ep 0014 00:10:25–00:13:28). Choking, Sidra begs for his life: he is the oldest God of Destruction, knows every god’s strengths and weaknesses, and even a weakness of the Grand Priest and one of Zeno (ep 0014 00:13:59–00:17:11). Vegito asks whether Sidra can bring his family back; he can’t (ep 0014 00:14:35–00:15:23). Vegito lets him hope for a moment, then crushes his neck, decapitating him (ep 0014 00:17:38–00:18:52). He turns to the grieving Mohito: “it’s your turn next!” (ep 0014 00:19:14–00:19:32).

  • 00:02:43 Sidra: “How could you survive a planetary-level Hakai?”
  • 00:03:09–00:03:38 Vegito: Sidra destroyed his own men and people; “For your sins you will die by my hand”.
  • 00:03:54–00:04:01 A crackling lightning aura; Sidra calls him unstable (00:04:32).
  • 00:04:55–00:05:05 Mohito: Sidra is “the mighty god of destruction of universe 9”, Mohito his sworn angel, “a child of the grand priest himself”.
  • 00:05:20–00:05:29 Mohito erases the energy blade with one slash.
  • 00:06:21–00:06:42 Mohito: escaping the Hakai severely damaged Vegito; he’s probably far weaker.
  • 00:06:58–00:07:40 Sidra goes to full power, losing his pupils — his “final Hakaishin form”; Mohito in mastered Ultra Instinct.

  • 00:10:40 “my Oscar-winning acting”.
  • 00:12:59–00:13:28 Vegito mocks Mohito: an angel in Ultra Instinct whose instincts failed; Whis would never have fallen for it.
  • 00:14:35–00:14:42 “What good is the help of my family’s killers… You can bring them back?”
  • 00:14:59 “I won’t rest until the gods, angels, the Grand Priest and Zeno are all dead.”
  • 00:15:23 Sidra: he can’t undo that mistake.
  • 00:15:41–00:15:50 Sidra: “the oldest of the gods of destruction”; knows all their weaknesses, and the Grand Priest’s.
  • 00:16:52–00:16:59 Zeno’s weakness is far harder to exploit, but there is one.
  • 00:17:55–00:18:01 Vegito was never considering the deal.
  • 00:18:31–00:18:52 Sidra’s neck is crushed; he is decapitated, more brutally than Liquiir.
  • 00:19:14 Mohito: “Lord Sidra! No! No!”
  • 00:19:32 Vegito: “Quit whining angel, it’s your turn next!”

Uncertainties

  • dropped a garbled shout at 00:02:32.
  • The recap (00:00:00) puts the planet in “universe 10”; the story itself says Universe 9 (ep 0013 00:18:10, 00:26:46; ep 0014 00:04:55). See retcons.
  • 00:01:20: Sidra’s muttered words are missing from the transcript.
  • 00:07:47 “INNOCENT!” — unclear shout.
  • 00:16:43: the narration says “Vegito” is surprised that this is working; from context it’s Sidra’s reaction (inferred).
  • Whether the “breakdown” was entirely faked, or real grief he turned into a trap, isn’t spelled out; he calls it acting (00:10:40, 00:12:01).
  • 00:08:36: he drops Whis’s staff in space; how he gets it back isn’t shown, but he still has it later and summons it with a snap of his fingers (ep 0020 00:29:25–00:29:36).
