Summary

Regrowing his arm from goo, true demon Vegito explains his blood-red eyes: “A level above my true demon state”, one that “probably inches me closer to that damn Lucif within” — which is why Goku is meant to give him another way, since if the demon takes over, Zeno and the priest may fall but “we will no longer be who we were”, and Chi-Chi, Gohan, Goten and the rest will never come back (ep 0077 00:00:59–00:03:27). Their fight swings back and forth: Vegito grows stronger the longer he holds the form, and his horned “Ultra Deathball” beats Goku down to base; Goku’s hair flashes cyan for an instant, and Vegito notices (ep 0077 00:04:03–00:13:28). Five years of battle pass; Goku collapses, drained, and Vegito — pushed “to almost my very limits” — concludes that only the demon’s power can win his revenge (ep 0077 00:14:35–00:17:27). Then a portal of light opens in the pyramid and lifts Goku’s body; he wakes with cyan hair and a white angel wing from his right shoulder, “a level above just seraphim… most likely even past Z” (ep 0077 00:17:46–00:20:27). At the same time Vegeta becomes True Destruction Demon Vegeta — scars, five Hakaishin-like symbols on his chest, a black wing, symbols in his eyes — mixing Lucif’s power with his destroyer training (ep 0077 00:20:31–00:24:05). Urged by Merus, still inside him, Broly answers as “the legendary angel of destruction”, with four Hakaishin symbols (ep 0077 00:24:41–00:27:22). The pairs fight on as equals for years — Vegito even throws his God Slayer blade at Goku’s neck: if Goku dies to him, he “never deserved to be part of my greatness” (ep 0077 00:28:04–00:34:44). Outside, Jiren and Hit, both now taken over by Makoto, grow tired of waiting and aim dark energy at the pyramid — and its door creaks open on a smirking silhouette (ep 0077 00:34:54–00:36:55).

  • The “Lucif” lines are heard “lucid” (00:02:21) and “Lucie” (00:24:05) (likely).
