Episode 0167 Title Arch Angel Goku Has Finally Had Enough Released 2024-12-27 Length 36:55 Setting the icy planet; Kratos’s throne room in another multiverse Watch YouTube ↗
Summary
Goku’s smite-laced Kamehameha seems to have driven Sparda out of Gohan, who is badly hurt but alive; Goku heals him with the divine energy that revived Goten and Bardock, and Gohan wakes, asking to bring Krillin back (ep 0167 00:01:03–00:05:21). As they reach for each other’s hands, Trunks senses bloodlust: Sparda, red-and-black-eyed, leaps at Goku — he had used his sons Dante and Virgil as shields against the smite: “Goodbye to my sons, but I will live on!” (ep 0167 00:05:35–00:07:09). A long dark red arm shoots across the battlefield and drags him back by the neck to Lucif, who tells his “old friend” time has not been kind to him; Sparda reminds Lucif he once showed him how to rise from sector 10, and Lucif, calling his debt repaid, snaps Gohan’s neck — killing Gohan and Sparda together — “see you in another million years!” (ep 0167 00:07:15–00:12:27). Vegeta (partial devil form) and Ultra Trunks (green Seraphim) attack Lucif, who dodges everything and shrugs off their combined Black Thunder blast; Bardock keeps Goten back, promising Gohan can be revived once Lucif is beaten (ep 0167 00:13:05–00:20:09). Goten’s tear and plea, “Dad! Please win!”, make Goku decide to hold nothing back: he turns his body into pure light and strikes Lucif again and again, then stands on Lucif’s fist (ep 0167 00:20:27–00:26:02). Goku explains Lucif sees everything through the eyes all over his body, but can’t track three at once; Vegeta: “No Vegito. Just us.” (ep 0167 00:28:29–00:29:51). In Kratos’s multiverse, Raditz brings his father another “wishing orb” — a black Dragon Ball with a single white star, one of hundreds they have gathered from an apparently endless supply (ep 0167 00:30:18–00:31:57). Poseidon steps out of a portal; Cujo names him an Elder God, and Kratos summons his Blades of Chaos and sends Raditz away; Poseidon calls him “Kratos, son of Zeus [?]” and means to test him before making his proposal (ep 0167 00:32:20–00:35:44).
