Summary

Before their rematch Vegito asks how Dai can be alive; Dai says Vegito never beat him — he survived Vegito’s last blast, absorbed the half of Lucif’s power in it, and Lucif took control of him (ep 0151 00:01:56–00:03:51). Under that control Dai made “two new demonic royal guards” for Zeno, who then murdered his god — a betrayal, a “Cardinal sin”, for which he was erased under the angel code and sent to the demon realm for eternity (ep 0151 00:03:51–00:05:51). Vegito remembers Yamoshi’s words that those who commit a cardinal sin go to the demon realm when they die, and starts to wonder who else should be down here, but Dai attacks, desperate to impress his watching mother (ep 0151 00:04:44–00:07:36). The fight is close: Dai kicks Vegito into a spin, they trade wing-feather volleys, and Vegito strikes Dai’s spine (ep 0151 00:08:51–00:13:48). The mother mocks Dai as a failure next to Lucif; enraged, he grows faster than ever, head-butts Vegito’s jaw, and says forced training has made him improve at a rate the same as his brother’s (ep 0151 00:14:08–00:18:40). Ordered by his mother to “kill him, scum”, Dai powers up; Vegito fires third-eye lasers “Kazuya style”, and Dai answers with a Divine Smite, which here would send Vegito back to sector 10, every throne now refilled (ep 0151 00:19:35–00:28:48). Vegito barely dodges it, then takes black-and-red Seraphim eyes like Vegeta’s and his wings turn black — to Dai, “Like Lucif!” (ep 0151 00:26:46–00:30:52). On the icy planet, Ultra Trunks says the guards’ final forms seem stronger than the Lucif he fought; Dante fells Goku with one elbow and Virgil slams Ultra Trunks unconscious, leaving Vegeta alone — until a voice inside Vegeta, Vegito’s “in a very Lucif-esque manner”, speaks (ep 0151 00:30:58–00:36:40).

Uncertainties

  • “Di”, “die” are read as Dai throughout.
  • The two guards Dai made are not named here; that they are Dante and Virgil is (inferred) — in ep 0102 two horned demon warriors in red and black armour, made when Dai tried to recreate Z and S, crushed Zeno’s head.
  • Whom Vegito means by “shouldn’t he be down here too? Shouldn’t we…” (00:06:18–00:06:40) is cut off — perhaps Lucif, or himself (unclear).
  • “losing Kazea’s strength” (00:30:49) read as “using Kazuya’s strength” (likely).
  • The voice inside Vegeta (00:36:21–00:36:37) is called Vegito by the narration, but “Lucif-esque”.
