Overview
The scientist who built the androids, met in the Android-saga timeline after he has turned himself into an android (ep 0016 00:18:58–00:19:02; ep 0017 00:05:47–00:05:56). Damaged and pursued by Goku’s friends, he reaches his hidden lab to wake Androids 17 and 18, and finds Vegito already there (ep 0016 00:19:05–00:20:43; ep 0017 00:11:32). Vegito saves him from 17’s betrayal and demands that he build him a new arm (ep 0017 00:13:01–00:14:17). After 18 also turns on him and is erased, he trades the arm for his life, builds it, and secretly gives Vegito’s DNA, power and techniques to Cell; Vegito spares him, and he pretends to give up on revenge (ep 0018 00:18:13–00:18:21; ep 0020 00:16:47–00:18:05, 00:23:51, 00:28:56–00:29:13). Still alive afterwards, he built two replacement androids for Cell to absorb, then pushed Cell to find Goku; he kills Mr. Satan and is erased by God of Destruction Goku (ep 0025 00:07:13–00:19:55).

Other timelines’ Geros are only named — e.g. the Cell of Omni Vegito’s timeline invokes him (ep 0197 00:17:10).
