Summary

Castiel begs Zeus to soften the tournament terms for Akobel and Chronoa; Zeus flares back into his prime form, towering over him, and Castiel collapses in fear and apologises (ep 0188 00:01:47–00:03:42). Zeus says he will announce the tournament “in my own time” and leaves, not to be seen by his sons until the day of the tournament (ep 0188 00:04:21–00:04:53). Akobel falls to his knees — “I have to win. Or I die” — and vows to win “with my creations and with that weak kid”, while Lucif, watching, wonders if he is just “a weak kid” to his father (ep 0188 00:05:02–00:06:51). Poseidon gloats and shows his trio, Kratos, Asura and Akuma; Hera, who says Akobel and Chronoa both stole from her multiverse, promises more to come; Hades cheerfully predicts none of them can beat Zeus (ep 0188 00:07:03–00:09:59). Castiel tells Akobel he won’t aim to win but will help his brother’s team; Akobel laughs manically that Zeus “will not be ready” for the warriors he’ll bring, as if he knows something no one else does (ep 0188 00:10:22–00:11:37). In Chronoa’s realm Whis tells Vegito the tournament is confirmed, date unknown; Whis and Hit are Chronoa’s disciples and can’t fight for her, so Vegito must pick his own team (ep 0188 00:12:07–00:15:11). Chronoa shows him a dark hall of floating “time scrolls”, each holding a timeline of her multiverse that she has hand-picked (ep 0188 00:15:59–00:17:18). Vegito opens one and lands on a planet where Buu’s magic works again; a sniper girl with hundreds of illusion clones shoots him, and he cuts every clone down with a new lightning-coated hand and Seraphim eyes, then kills her (ep 0188 00:19:08–00:27:55). Chronoa arrives — the girl, Seed (as heard), was chasing a marksman’s record to avenge her family — and freezes Vegito with a glance when he lunges at her, tells him he will be her toy until she leads the Elder Gods, and kisses his cheek (ep 0188 00:29:18–00:33:13). She sends him into a second scroll, a burning world strewn with android wrecks, where a huge red-skinned, Namekian-like warrior with red eyes steps out of the flames — perhaps Vegito’s first recruit (ep 0188 00:33:32–00:36:59).

Uncertainties

  • “Seed” (00:29:37) is the sniper’s name as heard; the spelling is unknown.
  • Whether Buu’s magic works in the scroll world because it is the “mortal realm” is inferred from Vegito’s line (00:20:38–00:20:54: “reset back to his original self and ability”).
  • The lightning hand (00:25:16–00:25:40, “the chirp, of what seems like a thousand birds”) is described in garbled words; a Chidori-like technique (inferred).
  • “Maybe it’s because your Hera’s creation… you sure do harbour such aid” (00:32:06–00:32:15) — “aid” is probably “hate”.
  • Who says “Keep those two worms” (00:09:09) is unclear — probably Hera (inferred).
