Summary

Left alive and without his time rings — “my one way to maybe have beaten Zeno” — Vegito broods, haunted by visions of his erased family, then explodes in rage (ep 0064 00:01:14–00:02:05). Z’s barrier around Mule, Campari and Awamo soon fades; the two angels, sure Z would not abandon them, attack, and Vegito knocks both out with a chop to the neck and drains them dry with Gero’s Cell tail (ep 0064 00:02:17–00:09:13). Mule runs, begs, and tries to bargain: he is “not even the last remaining destroyer” — there is one Vegito has missed, and Mule could take him there (ep 0064 00:09:52–00:13:56). Vegito kicks his face in and erases him with a Hakai that takes a third of the planet with him; then, bitter that “Zeno won’t even allow my death”, he has Whis’s staff take him to “this so called final god of destruction” (ep 0064 00:14:02–00:17:11). On another planet Makoto tells Jiren — who presumes he is wanted for killing Belmod — that Vegito is dead, finished off by one of Zeno’s royal guards; grieving “Son Goku”, Jiren grows his horn at will and outfights the fourth hand to hand (ep 0064 00:17:16–00:34:34). Makoto rises, stabs himself through with his own katana and, bleeding, unleashes “a forbidden power that lost me my seat at the side of Zeno”, adapted from the Grand Priest’s teachings: a single blood-stained wing, a red eye — “the first and only blood angel” (ep 0064 00:34:38–00:40:37). Moving through Jiren like a ghost, he cuts him to pieces with a “Bloody Slash” ×1000; Jiren falls with “Son Goku” on his lips and Makoto leaves the body for the Grand Priest (ep 0064 00:40:43–00:45:12). But black lightning begins to cover the body: “the battle… has only just begun” (ep 0064 00:45:19–00:45:51).

  • Mule’s “final destroyer” is real: the narration only says Vegito’s departure is “seemingly confirming” it (00:17:01), and the staff brings him to Broly, Universe 7’s new God of Destruction (ep 0065 00:03:08–00:06:32).
  • “that cowardly God” Vegito let escape (00:11:45) isn’t named — perhaps Z (inferred).
  • 00:38:49–00:38:53 “I will not be the one to avenge Vegito, As I have a score to settle with his killers first” — garbled; it may mean Jiren won’t live to avenge him, while Makoto wants the guards for himself (inferred).
  • Jiren is narrated as dead (00:44:08, 00:45:16), but the black lightning at the end leaves it open.
