Summary

Faced with God of Destruction Goku, Vegito at first doesn’t know what he is being blamed for (ep 0086 00:01:41–00:03:12). The destroyer spells it out: Vegito wrecked his timeline’s androids but spared Dr. Gero for his own ends, let Gero operate on him — and Gero harvested his DNA, which gave birth to a Cell who killed everyone and erased them with Hakai (ep 0086 00:04:29–00:05:59). Vegito is shaken for the first time, then hardens: he did what he had to for his family, would do it again, and won’t let this Goku stand between him and the last gods (ep 0086 00:06:04–00:08:51). The destroyer turns Super Saiyan 2 with purple lightning, to Zeno’s delight Vegeta claims him — destroyer against destroyer — and leaves the two guards, Z and his brother S (as heard), to Seraphim Goku, angel against angel (ep 0086 00:09:19–00:14:18). The Grand Priest is outraged that a mortal uses the Seraphim eyes he never taught, asks what “atrocities and torture” the mortals put his children through, and lets out his power for the first time, filling the palace with white clouds (ep 0086 00:15:36–00:16:58). Vegeta and the destroyer trade blows like old rivals Goku dodges the twins at once, fights them one at a time, and fires a Seraphim-infused Kamehameha with smite energy that forces Z to open his Seraphim eye (ep 0086 00:18:00–00:31:18). Zeno, thrilled, asks for blue hair next and, afraid the show will end, tells Dai to join in (ep 0086 00:32:23–00:35:43). Vegito goes Super Saiyan Blue and charges the Priest, who doesn’t even look round: a tilt of the head and one counter-punch send Vegito into the palace walls, bleeding (ep 0086 00:36:45–00:39:16).

Uncertainties

  • Z’s brother is heard as “S” (00:13:44, 00:15:00 and on)
  • Several narration lines swap Vegeta and Vegito; corrected as likely (00:01:30, 00:07:35, 00:14:38, 00:38:46). In particular the “I’m sorry… I would do it all over again” speech (00:07:44–00:08:08) is read as Vegito’s, since the narration then has Vegito “changing his tune”.
  • “Master” (00:09:50, 00:16:58) is God of Destruction Goku speaking of the Grand Priest: Dai later calls him “my student… trained by the past version of me” (ep 0090 00:16:38–00:17:28). That the 00:16:58 line is the destroyer’s stays (inferred).
  • 00:40:02 “Dark… Himself… is left… trembling in fear” is read as Dai [?] — Dark is dead (ep 0084).
  • Whether Vegito himself, or Lucif through him, says “Hey brother” isn’t stated; the narration hedges: “Or at least who we think is him” (00:39:43).
