Summary

The regal prince of hell laughs that Zeus’s “pet” has a Devil Gene; Zeus denies Vegito is his creation — devils are not allowed in his multiverse — and the prince throws back Ardos, whose mother the devils know (ep 0261 00:01:31–00:03:14). Asked whose side he is on, Vegito says it depends on which of them is more valuable to him; the prince, who has “warriors”, not pets, tells him to prove himself (ep 0261 00:03:49–00:06:55). The prince easily outpaces Vegito’s Zeus-lightning speed, calling it nothing like even this weakened Zeus, and a many-eyed hell beast swallows his lightning balls (ep 0261 00:07:37–00:14:30). Switching to his purple lightning, Vegito spears through the beast and grows stronger with every bolt, but the prince stops his God Slayer Blade with one finger — a blow, Vegito says, that would have killed an Elder God (ep 0261 00:15:17–00:19:46). Vegito raises a tsunami and Poseidon’s cyan water bombs, which Zeus recognises with surprise as stolen from Poseidon; when the prince evades them, Vegito freezes him with Chronoa’s infinity eye and they detonate (ep 0261 00:20:05–00:30:21). Zeus notes that a mortal holding three Elder Gods’ powers may become a threat; Vegito gloats that the Devil Gene counters Elder God techniques only when Elder Gods use them (ep 0261 00:30:25–00:31:33). But the prince — named Tyron — is unhurt inside a Black Seraphim sphere, Gogito’s technique, and the blindfolded prince with White and Black Seraphim from Gogito’s past appears on a floating rock, saying he may have chosen his future vessel too quickly (ep 0261 00:31:41–00:34:25). Tyron grabs Zeus from below the ground, the blindfolded prince slams him down, and together they pin him: the Queen wanted Zeus brought in alive, but they mean to end him now (ep 0261 00:35:53–00:39:28). Then Devil Gene Vegito stands over the trapped Zeus, says “I’ve made my choice now”, draws his Cell tail and sides with the princes of hell (ep 0261 00:40:02–00:41:31).

Key events

  • 00:02:22–00:02:55 Zeus: Vegito is not his fighter; “Devils are not allowed in my multiverse”.
  • 00:02:55–00:03:14 The prince: “We don’t know who his mother is, Zeus” (said mockingly; they do know).
  • 00:05:01–00:05:09 Vegito: “it all depends on which of you is more valuable to me.”
  • 00:06:19–00:06:39 The prince: “I don’t have pets. I have warriors.”
  • 00:10:33–00:10:46 The prince: his speed is nothing like “even this old, weakened version of Zeus”.
  • 00:13:35–00:14:21 A many-eyed hell beast eats Vegito’s lightning; “the old Zeus” would have burned it to dust.
  • 00:18:57–00:19:11 One finger stops the God Slayer Blade; Vegito: “This would have killed an Elder God!”
  • 00:19:31 Vegito: “I haven’t even absorbed an Elder God yet!”
  • 00:21:12–00:21:26 Zeus wonders if Vegito absorbed “that coral fellow”.
  • 00:23:09–00:23:21 Zeus learns Poseidon’s power was stolen too.
  • 00:28:59–00:29:27 “Chronoa sends her regards!” — the infinity eye freezes the prince.
  • 00:30:34–00:30:39 Zeus: three Elder God powers in one being “may become a threat that needs to be handled”.
  • 00:31:19–00:31:29 Vegito: the Devil Gene counters Elder God techniques from Elder Gods — “I am no elder god!”
  • 00:32:15–00:32:55 The prince was inside a Black Seraphim sphere; Zeus: Gogito’s technique against Wukong.
  • 00:33:10–00:33:57 The blindfolded prince: “Tyrin!… You got outsmarted”; “Perhaps I chose too quickly my future vessel!”
  • 00:34:13–00:34:25 Narration: the prince with Black and White Seraphim from Gogito’s backstory, who spoke of two vessels, “Gogito and Omni Vegito”.
  • 00:36:43–00:38:43 Hands from the ground seize Zeus; both princes pin him.
  • 00:39:01–00:39:10 “The Queen told us long ago to bring you in alive if we ever saw you.”
  • 00:41:04–00:41:31 Vegito: “I’ve made my choice now”; his Cell tail out, allied with the princes.

Threads

Uncertainties

  • Vegito is heard as “Vegeta” from 00:14:53 to 00:19:50; no Vegeta is present.
  • The regal prince’s name is heard both “Tyrin” (00:33:10, 00:35:44) and “Tyron” (00:39:14–00:40:02).
  • Vegito asks if the blindfolded prince is “Poseidon?” (00:35:09–00:35:14); the reason is not given.
  • The narration’s “two vessels… Gogito and Omni Vegito” (00:34:13–00:34:25) adds Omni Vegito; in ep 0256 the prince named only Gogito as the Black Seraphim’s next inheritor, and his last line there was cut off. Not logged as a retcon.
  • Whether Vegito’s switch of sides is real or a trick is left open (00:41:14–00:41:33).
