Summary

Zeus, shaken by Avalor’s permanent loss, leaves through a portal to fetch his next fighter while Akobel mocks him and calls to Castiel (ep 0243 00:01:02–00:02:41). Castiel cheers from a crystal ball, but privately wonders why Akobel saved this Goku for Zeus rather than using him against Castiel himself (ep 0243 00:02:54–00:04:05). Akobel’s Goku, meditating by the sea, plans to push even further against Vegito, “Even if it means I have to die” (ep 0243 00:04:16–00:05:46). A black clone of Gogito knocks him across the ocean, and Ranin, talking underwater, asks if he recognises their energy (ep 0243 00:05:51–00:09:34). Goku, as Super Saiyan 6, fights Ranin, who splits his fireball with a beam from an android-like tail and seems to blow him apart — but it was a clone; Goku’s Kaioken uppercut draws Ranin’s blood (ep 0243 00:10:14–00:19:01). Ranin, who saw that “times 200” was only the start, wants to learn Kaioken; Gogito introduces himself and says Hera, Goku’s “real creator”, sent them to bring him back (ep 0243 00:19:15–00:21:51). Goku refuses to betray Akobel, but his Kaioken ×200 punch cannot crack Gogito’s Black Seraphim shield, and a black clone chokes him (ep 0243 00:22:03–00:26:40). Gogito argues that, with Akobel and Zeus just drawn back to back, Hera and Chronoa are due next — and if they meet without Goku on Hera’s team, Gogito will kill Vegito himself; Ranin adds that Vegito is training and absorbing (ep 0243 00:26:43–00:31:07). Goku is left with a choice (ep 0243 00:31:19–00:31:29). Zeus returns to the repaired stage and promises his next fighter “will never lose”; Akobel, needing only this win to take the round, calls Lucif, back in his repaired armour without the helmet, who calls Zeus “grandfather” (ep 0243 00:31:38–00:35:19). Zeus’s pick is Genesis, rising out of Lucif’s own shadow; Match 2 of Round 11, Genesis vs Lucif, begins (ep 0243 00:35:50–00:37:21).

Uncertainties

  • How Genesis got out of his chains is not shown; Zeus had sealed him “Until further notice… until you are pulled up” (ep 0234 00:32:51).
  • Akobel’s remark about Zeus’s creations and “your mother” (00:32:57) is garbled.
  • Goku’s choice about Hera’s offer is left open.
  • Gogito’s head peeks out of a portal described in garbled words (00:11:02).
