Summary

Madara mocks Vegito’s horns as a demon’s and tells him gods “hold these universes together” against the demon realm; he had better be glad the emperor he absorbed was a weak one, and it was killing Beerus that doomed his family — “Earthling killer” (ep 0051 00:02:29–00:06:40). Vegito closes his fist and black lightning from the sky fells Madara’s giant samurai, then he appears inside it and kicks Madara out (ep 0051 00:06:40–00:10:40). Taking over the titan — unlike the giant his own Ultra Instinct makes — he swings its sword at Madara and cuts the whole planet in half (ep 0051 00:10:53–00:14:24). Madara, his mask cracked and then gone, insists he would win with his sword (ep 0051 00:14:59–00:20:32). So Vegito drains the titan’s energy through his palm, then pulls a horn from his head — a katana holding half his energy — and gives it to Madara (ep 0051 00:21:16–00:26:15). With arms folded Vegito dodges every cut, blaming Madara for the nightmare, and kicks through his torso (ep 0051 00:29:59–00:32:25). When Madara tries to blow up the planet, Vegito blocks the blade with his foot and punches him to his knees (ep 0051 00:33:28–00:35:36). Begging for a last “gift”, Madara grabs his arms and burns his face away with black flames from the demon realm (ep 0051 00:35:53–00:38:13) — but the burning skull speaks, grips Madara’s head and drains him to death, then rebuilds itself from Buu’s goo (ep 0051 00:38:27–00:40:28). Watching, Zeno calls Son Goku “even more cool”; the Grand Priest blames Madara as “one of the two weakest in the five”, but Zeno would rather send one of his own guards — to everyone’s shock (ep 0051 00:40:33–00:42:16).

Key events

  • 00:02:02–00:02:10 Vegito’s new form: black horns, a “V mark on his chest glowing a violet purple”.
  • 00:02:54–00:03:19 Madara: “embarrassingly small horns… More like… what you see on a demon.”
  • 00:03:44–00:03:55 Vegito: you gods annihilate planets “Yet, you are the ones that should remain?”
  • 00:04:40–00:05:03 Madara: “We gods are what hold these universes together. And even the realms above, too… This whole place would be overrun with the demon realm. You’re lucky you absorbed that weak one.”
  • 00:05:03–00:05:15 “if it was one of the true emperors… the Grand Priest or Zeno themselves would no longer be able to watch you like some circus act.”
  • 00:05:15–00:05:41 “this all only began because you killed a god. Because you killed Beerus… it was all because of you.”
  • 00:06:40 “Earthling killer.”
  • 00:06:40–00:07:42 Vegito closes his raised palm; black thunder “from the heavens… Or maybe even the demon realm” fells the titan.
  • 00:08:40–00:09:08 “The devil is right here Madara” — Vegito appears inside the titan: “it’s kind of cozy”.
  • 00:09:53–00:10:40 A kick sends Madara down into the rocks.
  • 00:11:05 “This seems to be a little different to the giant I can create via Ultra Instinct.”
  • 00:13:05–00:14:03 The titan’s sword, at Vegito’s command, slices the planet in half.
  • 00:14:24–00:14:39 “I don’t seem to detect any other life forms… that old codger Arak wanted to fight me all alone.”
  • 00:15:20–00:15:56 Madara returns, armour torn, mask broken: “make a fool of one of the five, and you will pay for eternity”.
  • 00:16:13–00:16:49 His kick to Vegito’s face does nothing.
  • 00:17:36–00:18:05 Vegito throws him “like a shot put” — “Guts will be rolling in his grave!”
  • 00:18:32–00:18:55 Madara is unmasked: “I don’t remember the last time I ever even felt the cold air on my skin!”
  • 00:20:19–00:20:38 “I have mastered the art of swordmanship over millions of years!… those same sword skills… from Guts, were all just the meager teachings I gave him”.
  • 00:21:16–00:23:04 Vegito bites off his left glove; his palm’s absorption device drains the titan: “Delicious!”
  • 00:24:34–00:25:35 “Are you a righty or a lefty?” — he pulls out his right horn: a katana is at its base.
  • 00:26:04–00:26:15 “It’s imbued with half of my energy… consider it evening the playing field.”
  • 00:26:45–00:27:00 Madara: “Fine craftsmanship… This is the work of a mortal?”
  • 00:28:08 One air-slash cuts a mountain in half.
  • 00:29:13 “Forget what that priest wants!… I’m erasing you from existence, here and now!”
  • 00:30:25–00:31:29 With arms folded, Vegito dodges everything.
  • 00:31:36–00:31:51 “You may have actually put an end to me, if you hadn’t shown me that nightmare!… And you think you gods are righteous!”
  • 00:32:40 Madara: “This is like fighting a real S-tier demon!”
  • 00:33:28–00:34:17 Madara drives the blade at the planet; Vegito blocks it with his foot.
  • 00:34:41 “one of you silly deities already tried to pull that dirty trick on me once”.
  • 00:35:22 A punch to the solar plexus.
  • 00:35:53–00:36:07 “Before you take my energy… Allow me one request… one last gift… I wanted to give gods”.
  • 00:37:33–00:38:13 His eyes bleed; black flames burn Vegito’s face to a skull: “These flames will burn for as long as I live… Sealed straight from the demon realm”.
  • 00:38:41–00:39:35 The skull: “I thought you were going to give me a gift friend… it’s getting a little hot” — it drains Madara, who falls dead.
  • 00:39:49–00:40:28 Pink goo rebuilds Vegito’s face; “Now truly immortal”.
  • 00:40:43–00:40:55 Zeno: “Son Goku has got even stronger… he looks even more cool”.
  • 00:41:08–00:41:22 Grand Priest: “Madara made one too many mistakes… one of the two weakest in the five. The rest will not fail”.
  • 00:41:37–00:42:05 Zeno: “I think I should send one of the guards to fight him” — the guards and the Grand Priest step back in disbelief.

Uncertainties

  • dropped “To react.” noise (00:09:12–00:09:29). 00:08:54–00:09:31 repeats the moment Vegito appears in the titan — one event.
  • The name of Madara’s black-flame technique is missing from the transcript (00:37:12–00:37:33).
  • “one of you silly deities already tried to pull that dirty trick on me once” (00:34:41) — probably Sidra’s planetary Hakai (ep 0013) or Giin’s (ep 0042) (inferred).
  • Madara speaks of “millennia” (ep 0050) and “millions of years” (00:20:19) of swordsmanship — loose wording, not logged as a retcon.
  • “Just as you did my students” (00:35:53) — Guts (inferred); plural as heard.
  • Vegito gave away half his energy in the horn-katana (00:26:04); whether he got it back by draining Madara isn’t said.
