Overview

Jiren’s master in Ultra Vegito’s own timeline. He was killed with Jiren’s village, Dora, when Jiren was a child — by Lord Belmod, as Jiren learns (ep 0028 00:07:26–00:07:50). He lives on in Jiren’s memory: Jiren thinks of him when he holds Makoto’s katana, wonders whether he would be proud of Jiren’s new power as his image appears, and cries out to him when Kratos nearly beats him (ep 0065 00:20:31; ep 0067 00:36:11–00:36:36; ep 0208 00:20:27–00:20:34).

As of his last appearance (ep 0067, as an image in Jiren’s mind): long dead (ep 0028 00:07:38).

Affiliations & relationships

• Jiren: his pupil, who still honours him (ep 0028 00:07:26–00:07:50; ep 0067 00:36:20–00:36:36).
• Belmod: his killer, who then took in the orphaned Jiren (ep 0028 00:07:38–00:07:50).
