Episode 0162 Title ULTRA Vegito Meets The Real God Killer Released 2024-11-29 Length 39:27 Setting the new Devil’s sector; a vision of the past (Androids 17 and 18 on a rocky world) Watch YouTube ↗
Summary
Devil Vegito — black wings, black lightning — demands the truth about the “clones”; Gaiba repeats that they were his real friends and family, sent to the demon realm by demons: some by Lucif, some by his guards or the old emperors, but most by Whis (ep 0162 00:01:16–00:04:40). Gaiba explains that Whis, sent to the demon realm for his cardinal sin, made a deal with Lucif: to find a vessel strong enough to remove the gods and defeat Dai — Vegito — so that Whis “directed your entire life and story” (ep 0162 00:06:01–00:07:28). As proof he opens a portal on the past: Androids 17 and 18 fight off demons and reminisce about 16, until Whis appears, smiling, snaps 17’s neck with a slap and blasts through 18’s chest — “Two down. Many more to go. Perhaps I should visit Yamcha-san next” (ep 0162 00:08:35–00:18:40). Vegito collapses, then vows Whis will be his first kill (ep 0162 00:19:04–00:21:10). Gaiba adds that he himself brought them to this sector and altered their minds to attack Vegito (ep 0162 00:21:41–00:22:12). Vegito’s red aura erupts; with three red Seraphim he overwhelms Gaiba, pins him to a rock face and blasts him with an energy Gaiba says “feels like Lucif’s”, leaving only his head, which he throws aside (ep 0162 00:23:05–00:30:58). Gaiba regenerates from purple goo like Majin Buu, tries to absorb Vegito, and is blown apart from inside (ep 0162 00:31:27–00:35:30). As the pieces rejoin, he takes a new outfit and hair: he is a true demon Vegito with purple Seraphim — “It really is good to meet again finally! Brother!” — and Vegito realises “You’re me!” (ep 0162 00:36:43–00:38:40).

Uncertainties
- The vision and the account of Whis’s deal come from Gaiba; Vegito accepts them, but no one else confirms them yet.
- Narration: “the same Vegito that [fought?] at the end of Season 1” (00:38:19) — which earlier demon Vegito this is (the ring army, ep 0062–0063, or the true demon form, ep 0066) is not said.
- Gaiba’s “Do you know how long it’s been since I had to do that? I used to have to do it all the time!” (00:32:05–00:32:11) hints at a Buu-like past (inferred).
- “Release me to help me!” (00:07:42) is garbled; probably Vegito recalling Whis freeing him (inferred).
