Summary

Ultra Vegito, watching Omni Vegito’s devil horn, bites his lip until it bleeds and walks off — Kazuya was right that his rival had found the Devil Gene too (ep 0231 00:01:31–00:02:41). Coral, shaken by Shiva’s apparent death, backs into Dragon God Piccolo, who offers to let him give up (ep 0231 00:02:48–00:04:40). Piccolo transforms into Orange Dragon Piccolo — the Dragon God who fused with all his multiverse’s Namekians — with dragon horns, scaly skin and sun-orange eyes (ep 0231 00:05:59–00:08:15). He strikes Coral with a thousand blows at once and a Shenron-shaped Dragon Beam, leaving him in a crater; Coral, who lost all 800 practice fights to Shiva, nearly gives up as Akobel screams at him and Castiel hides his face (ep 0231 00:09:06–00:18:21). Then Shiva returns: a red death beam from deep space pierces Omni Vegito’s left arm (ep 0231 00:18:48–00:20:14). The blast only removed his power-limiting armour — “You made the same mistake that was made with Lucif” — and he now stands as the Frost Devil, ruler of the frost demons, born to devil power, resembling Frieza (ep 0231 00:20:30–00:22:23). Akobel exults; Coral rises and turns into a huge shark-like aquatic form (ep 0231 00:22:23–00:26:56). Both Akobel fighters gain the upper hand in a long battle of attrition; Genesis, watching, says he will “feel so bad about killing them” (ep 0231 00:27:03–00:35:27). Pressed by Omni Vegito to stop hiding his power, Piccolo closes his fist and restores both of them to full health, clothes and all, as if by the Dragon Balls (ep 0231 00:35:39–00:38:27).

Key events

  • 00:01:42–00:02:02 Ultra Vegito: “So, Kazuya was right… He too has figured out the Devil Gene.”
  • 00:06:32–00:06:46 Piccolo “had fused with all Namekians in his multiverse”.
  • 00:07:47–00:08:15 “I will grant you one wish… a quick death” — Orange Dragon Piccolo, beyond “our universe’s Zalama”.
  • 00:09:47–00:10:05 Thousands of simultaneous blows.
  • 00:10:50–00:10:58 Coral: if he doesn’t give everything, his Elder God “and his creations get erased along with him”.
  • 00:11:33–00:12:03 “Dragon beam”: a Shenron apparition.
  • 00:16:19–00:17:06 Akobel screams at Coral to fight; Castiel covers himself in shame.
  • 00:17:44–00:18:18 Coral: Shiva beat him “all 800 times we fought”; “If Shiva could not do this… Then who else? Omad… Lucif…”
  • 00:19:14–00:19:51 A red death beam from space pierces Omni Vegito’s left bicep.
  • 00:20:43–00:20:55 Shiva: “you have taken off my power limiting armor… the same mistake that was made with Lucif.”
  • 00:21:37–00:21:51 “my people were born into this. The frost demons… I, the Frost Devil.”
  • 00:22:29–00:22:36 Akobel: “The strongest frost demon there ever was!”
  • 00:24:46–00:26:00 Coral’s shark-like transformation.
  • 00:32:40–00:32:49 Genesis: “I’m gonna feel so bad about killing them!”
  • 00:33:47 Akobel: “My fighters’ tanks are higher.”
  • 00:34:59–00:35:34 Shiva and Coral: a battle of attrition they expect to win.
  • 00:36:23–00:36:32 Omni Vegito: Piccolo can “click a reset button and heal yourself whenever you want”.
  • 00:37:47–00:38:09 Piccolo closes his fist: both fully healed, “as if… revived by the power of the Dragon Balls”.

Uncertainties

  • Ep 0230 showed Shiva’s “erasure”; here he survives — the pages for ep 0230 now carry a struck-through note.
  • “Kul”, “Kool”, “Core”, “Corel”, “Quarrel”, “Choral” and “Korra” are all read as Coral.
  • Genesis’s remark about “killing them” may mean he expects to fight these teams later (inferred).
  • The four-way battle’s details between 00:34:11 and 00:34:38 are summarised by the narration only.
