Summary

Red-eyed with rage, Gohan batters Gohan Black, who thinks this Gohan stronger than the one whose body he took (ep 0212 00:00:40–00:05:33). Black explains he chose Gohan’s body for his “Zero Mortals Plan”; a flashback shows Gowasu making Zamasu watch teen Gohan beat Perfect Cell — stronger than Zamasu, stronger than Gowasu — and Zamasu deciding that power must belong to gods (ep 0212 00:06:07–00:10:34). In Ultra Ego, Black stops Gohan with one hand, hurls him skyward, riddles him with beams and slams him into a crater (ep 0212 00:10:47–00:18:13). As Black fires a destruction blast, Future Trunks shoves Gohan aside and is erased in his place (ep 0212 00:19:35–00:21:05). A shadowy figure whisks Gohan away to the Kais’ world: Kibito Kai and the Old Kai (ep 0212 00:21:13–00:23:16). The Old Kai says Gohan’s potential was never fully unlocked; doing so now will cost the Old Kai his life, and he insists (ep 0212 00:25:34–00:28:48). A day later Gohan returns with Kibito Kai, powers up at will and ascends to a new form — white hair, black sclera, white fur, a tail and a red demonic eye (ep 0212 00:29:14–00:35:07). When Black, in Ultra Ego, charges him, Gohan slips behind him and snaps his neck: Black is dead (ep 0212 00:35:53–00:38:32). Gohan wonders how to use this power to bring everyone back (ep 0212 00:38:49–00:39:12). Watching through a cloud, a spiky-haired figure marvels that “a true demon has finally arrived in the mortal realm… stronger than even a devil”, and thinks of “the seven princes of hell” — with this boy as their king (ep 0212 00:39:22–00:40:24).

Uncertainties

  • Gohan’s new form isn’t named here; the title calls it “Beyond Beast” (title, not transcript).
  • The figure who rescues Gohan (00:21:13–00:21:38) is Kibito Kai: Gohan blames him for taking him away — “You just made me run away, Kibito Kai!” (00:24:00–00:24:05). The technique is not named.
  • The watcher at the end isn’t named.
  • “Immortal.” (00:09:54) is read as “A mortal.” [?].
