Summary

Kazuya is furious to find three Saiyans before him; Vegito says he was only resting while his “alter ego” fought, and Stardust Gogeta tells Kazuya to worry about him alone, while Goku Black sits down to watch the “monkeys” (ep 0141 00:01:22–00:05:11). Kazuya ignores Gogeta and goes straight for Vegito, who — far weaker now without the others inside him — hurts his own knuckle on Kazuya’s spine and flees (ep 0141 00:05:44–00:09:01). Kazuya copies Vegito’s Instant Transmission on sight; Gogeta notes that Kazuya, like Vegito, learns as he fights (ep 0141 00:10:26–00:12:44). Vegito teleports to Black and leaves Kazuya’s punch to him; Gogeta intervenes and drives Kazuya face-first into the ground, the first real damage the Devil form has taken (ep 0141 00:13:29–00:17:17). Black, insulted at being saved, flares his rosé eyes and declares Kazuya his enemy too (ep 0141 00:17:57–00:18:40). Gogeta now catches and blocks Kazuya’s blows; his Stardust energy burns Kazuya on contact and makes every strike stronger the darker the foe (ep 0141 00:19:55–00:23:48). Kazuya can still hurt him, so Gogeta splits into five with a multi-form technique, and one lands a Stardust Breaker square on Kazuya’s chest (ep 0141 00:26:37–00:35:07). Meanwhile Vegito cuffs Black for sitting out and joins him on the sidelines (ep 0141 00:27:14–00:28:50). As Gogeta raises his palm to finish him, Kazuya says the Devil Gene’s one weakness dies with him — and Gogeta suddenly defuses back into GT Goku and GT Vegeta, whom Kazuya knocks into the mountains (ep 0141 00:35:27–00:38:41). Vegito stands in Kazuya’s way, but it is Goku Black who stops the charge: chains from black portals bind Kazuya, and Black shows a new form — Super Saiyan 3 Rosé-like hair, a white halo, his scythe and two rosé Seraphim eyes (ep 0141 00:39:21–00:42:27).

Key events

  • 00:01:22–00:02:36 Kazuya: first the godkiller, then his twin, now a third; Vegito should be defeated.
  • 00:02:59–00:03:29 Vegito: Buu’s regeneration; he was resting while his “alter ego” dealt with Kazuya.
  • 00:03:29–00:04:21 Stardust Gogeta, white and colourless: Kazuya needs only worry about him.
  • 00:04:21–00:05:11 Black sits down to enjoy the show; Vegito calls him a coward.
  • 00:05:44–00:06:50 Kazuya ignores Gogeta and claws at Vegito, who dodges.
  • 00:07:14–00:07:55 Vegito punches Kazuya’s spine and hurts his own knuckle: “I must be so much weaker without those guys”.
  • 00:07:55–00:08:20 Kazuya: he understands now what happened to the three of them.
  • 00:08:39–00:09:44 Vegito flies off in shame; Kazuya gives chase.
  • 00:10:26–00:11:05 Vegito uses Instant Transmission.
  • 00:11:43–00:12:03 Kazuya appears behind him using Instant Transmission too: such techniques aren’t exclusive to the mortal realm.
  • 00:12:23–00:12:44 Gogeta: Kazuya learns and improves as he fights — a battle genius, like Vegito.
  • 00:13:29–00:14:46 Vegito teleports in front of Black, sticks out his tongue, and flies off, leaving Kazuya to him.
  • 00:15:09–00:16:10 Black freezes; “I’m on your side… Demon”.
  • 00:16:30–00:17:17 Gogeta smashes Kazuya face-first into the ground — the first damage to the transformed Kazuya.
  • 00:17:57–00:18:40 Black, his eyes glowing rosé: he didn’t need saving; Kazuya is now his enemy too.
  • 00:19:26–00:20:14 Kazuya charges Gogeta; Gogeta catches the punch.
  • 00:20:39–00:21:37 Gogeta: the Stardust energy changed his eyes; he sees Kazuya more clearly; Kazuya’s fist smokes at his touch.
  • 00:21:57–00:22:48 Gogeta blocks a roundhouse and punches Kazuya in the stomach — it lands like a Stardust Breaker.
  • 00:23:26–00:23:48 Gogeta: every strike is stronger the darker his foe’s energy.
  • 00:24:18–00:26:23 Kazuya vanishes, trades blows evenly, and lands an elbow that sends Gogeta spinning.
  • 00:26:37–00:26:57 Gogeta: the form isn’t perfect; he must stop getting hit.
  • 00:27:14–00:28:50 Vegito smacks the back of Black’s head, mocks him, and sits beside him; Vegito: a form of pure energy against the negative — he could once have used that.
  • 00:28:50–00:29:34 Kazuya holds Gogeta in an arm lock despite the burning.
  • 00:29:54–00:30:45 Gogeta kicks free and blasts Kazuya into a mountain with a soccer kick.
  • 00:30:45–00:31:42 Five devil beams vanish on reaching Gogeta’s positive energy.
  • 00:31:42–00:32:55 Gogeta makes four clones, each coated in white energy.
  • 00:33:15–00:34:48 While Kazuya fights the clones, the last Gogeta hits him in the chest with a Stardust Breaker; Kazuya is blasted along the ground, burning.
  • 00:35:27–00:36:18 Gogeta: darkness won’t beat light while he’s around; Kazuya dies by his hand, not Vegito’s.
  • 00:36:18–00:36:44 Kazuya: Gogeta only found the Devil Gene’s one weakness, and the gene dies with him; the power may not work on “the rest”.
  • 00:37:04–00:37:51 Gogeta defuses into GT Goku and GT Vegeta; Kazuya sees his chance.
  • 00:37:51–00:38:41 Kazuya knocks both into separate mountains. Goku: outside Vegito, the fusion can run out again.
  • 00:39:03–00:39:21 Goku: they must fuse again; Vegeta warns that Kazuya is coming.
  • 00:39:36–00:40:18 Vegito stands between them and Kazuya, arms crossed, knowing he can do nothing.
  • 00:40:39–00:40:55 Kazuya is stopped dead, bound in chains.
  • 00:41:21–00:42:06 Goku Black’s new form: like Super Saiyan 3 Rosé, a white halo, his scythe, two rosé Seraphim eyes; black portals around him release the chains.
  • 00:42:06–00:42:27 Narration: with no time ring, what this power is remains a question.

Uncertainties

  • Gogeta’s defusion is put down to fusion running out “Outside of Vegito” (00:38:41); how long it lasts isn’t said.
  • Black’s portals look like time-ring portals, but the narration notes he has no time ring (00:42:06); what they are is open.
  • The narration’s “Black, who hasn’t been heard from for nearly a year in our time” (00:04:21) is real-world talk about the release schedule; left out of the summary.
  • “Five beams” and “four more clones” (00:31:07–00:32:15) — five Gogetas in all.
