Summary

Saga and Ardos bicker on their way in: Saga reminds Ardos he exists only because Zeus “couldn’t keep his own pants in”, and an insult to Ardos’s mother sends him into a red-eyed rage (ep 0236 00:01:05–00:03:23). Zeus starts Round 10 (ep 0236 00:03:49). Hades’s fused fighter, Demba (as heard) — said to hold both Hades’s and Ares’s former fighters — towers over Saga, who ignores him, dodges his mouth blast and kicks him over to Ardos (ep 0236 00:04:34–00:07:35). Ardos toys with Demba, sitting on him to read a book, while Demigra scolds Hades for the weak fusion and Hades insists the demon fusion bugs should have made him stronger (ep 0236 00:08:09–00:14:52). When Demba powers up, Ardos kicks him between the legs so hard that the kick rips his body apart, and he drinks the falling blood (ep 0236 00:15:12–00:19:15). Saga calls Ardos a “ticking time bomb” but weak; Demigra laughs, turns Demba’s remains into candy and eats it (ep 0236 00:19:34–00:21:53). Demigra swats Saga’s fireballs with his tail, but Saga appears behind him and burns him with a far hotter blast (ep 0236 00:22:46–00:25:44). Demigra strikes back through black time-space portals, then blocks Saga’s concentrated flame with a shield, boasting he was born in the deepest pits of hell; Ardos and Zeus take notice (ep 0236 00:26:29–00:31:17). Saga strips off his jacket to reveal a scarred body and black and purple flames, cages Demigra in a dome of fire and blasts through it, leaving him badly burned (ep 0236 00:31:42–00:35:32). Demigra wants to show a prince of hell’s power, but Hades telepathically warns him that Zeus will “figure out everything” (ep 0236 00:35:38–00:36:19). Saga’s combined black-and-purple attack engulfs him, but the flames collapse and Demigra steps out in a “partial devil transformation”: longer hair, armoured feet and greaves, two horns and symbols over his body (ep 0236 00:36:29–00:38:57).

Threads

Uncertainties

  • The fused fighter’s name is heard “Demba” and “Gemba” about equally (00:05:28–00:20:03).
  • Hades’s telepathic reply at 00:14:41–00:14:52 is partly garbled.
  • Who shouts “I will break you and eat your organs!” (00:04:19) is not said; the fused fighter steps forward next (inferred).
  • The symbols on Demigra’s body are not explained (00:38:57).
  • The episode title mentions Ultra Vegito, but he does not appear; only Demigra mentions him (00:21:53).
