Summary
A day after erasing Earth, Beerus and Whis are stunned to find Goku alive; Whis says he is the first mortal to survive a planetary Hakai (ep 0195 00:01:03–00:01:56). Beerus grabs him and casts a Hakai at point-blank range, but nothing happens — Goku negates it — and when Beerus looks closer he sees a grinning beast of destruction inside Goku and leaps away (ep 0195 00:03:28–00:06:58). Goku tells Whis he came “with the help of an angel” and, in base form, blocks Beerus’s punch and caves in his face with a punch for Gohan, then batters him across his planet and into the sea (ep 0195 00:08:02–00:16:31). Beerus, enraged, lands a combo and riddles Goku with hundreds of Hakai beams, but Goku thanks him for the pain: it was his plan to power up his Ultra Ego, now purple-haired — a “completed Hakaishin form” whose energy Beerus recognises as his own (ep 0195 00:19:13–00:25:05). Too fast to see, Goku puts a foot on Beerus’s head as Beerus once did to King Vegeta, beats him to the ground, rips off his tail and whips off his arm and legs with it, and gags him with it (ep 0195 00:25:17–00:34:16). He offers Beerus one chance at repentance: where are the Dragon Balls that can undo a Hakai? Beerus laughs — there are twelve, not seven — and refuses: “They are never coming back” (ep 0195 00:34:46–00:37:01). As Goku raises a Hakai, Whis stops him: killing a god as a mortal is a cardinal sin, and the eleven other destroyers would hunt him, but a challenger to the throne may kill a destroyer to take his place (ep 0195 00:38:02–00:39:56). When Beerus calls this treason, Whis says his god “Was never you”, and an image of Chronoa appears behind him (ep 0195 00:40:01–00:40:55). Goku, wanting no fight with eleven gods, declares he challenges Beerus to be the next God of Destruction and erases him; Whis hopes this god killer “Will be the warrior” Chronoa seeks, smiling a hollow smile (ep 0195 00:41:53–00:42:55).
