Summary

Vegito, his Goku Black halo on his back, promises to end things quickly, adopts Goku’s stance, and catches Broly with his God Slayer blade as a feint, a punch to the solar plexus and an uppercut “for allowing my family to die” (ep 0068 00:01:14–00:06:12). Broly shrugs it off, drags Vegito by the foot to an icy planet, slams him down, scrapes his face along a mountain — “Be gone [?] from this realm! Spawn of Lucif!” — and, when Vegito turns the tables with a storm of punches, blasts him at point-blank with his mouth beam (ep 0068 00:06:28–00:15:44). Broly rises in dark green divine energy and asks why Vegito is “nowhere near your best”; Vegito blames Goku and Vegeta (ep 0068 00:17:02–00:19:05). Inside, the two are dead even in their ultra forms; Goku argues they already have their revenge and enough power, Vegeta that they are always outclassed and need Broly’s “infinite potential” (ep 0068 00:19:44–00:22:32). After a Galick Gun meets a Kamehameha, Goku calls Vegeta as selfish as he was with Babidi; Vegeta, weeping for Bulma, swears to bring everyone back — and grows two horns, becoming a demon “twin of the god killer”, and knocks Goku out in two blows (ep 0068 00:22:32–00:33:14). “Do it now, Vegito! Finish Broly!” (ep 0068 00:33:23–00:33:32). Outside, Vegito’s eyes turn red and his power surges; he breaks Broly’s wrist, seizes his throat and crashes him into the ice (ep 0068 00:33:44–00:36:40). Choking, Broly warns that this is the great demon’s power and only “Father” can stop him now; Vegito, sure it’s Merus speaking, says “It’s never felt so great to be me”, crushes his windpipe and engulfs him in pink goo, Buu-style (ep 0068 00:36:42–00:38:57). What rises is a figure mixing Broly and Vegito — “perhaps a little too much like Broly” — who powers up, bulked and black-haired, leaving it unclear who has taken over (ep 0068 00:38:57–00:39:54).
