Episode 0217 Title The Death Of The God Killer Released 2025-12-26 Length 35:24 Setting the tournament stadium — Round 5: Lucif vs god-killer Broly, continued Watch YouTube ↗
Summary
Akobel is unsettled that Hera keeps producing Saiyan god killers, and that a mortal could gain “an elder god eye”, as Vegito did; god-killer Goku and Gohan are impressed, god-killer Vegeta scornful — he has “the power of Zeno himself” (ep 0217 00:01:03–00:03:05). Broly and Lucif trade a flurry of blows; each sprouts an energy wing — Broly’s Ikari-yellow — and Broly, growing stronger mid-fight, lands a hit (ep 0217 00:03:29–00:07:38). Lucif uses an old trick with his Archangel eye to swap places with the diving Broly and crush him into the stage (ep 0217 00:08:24–00:10:23). Broly, playing dead, blasts him, then their thunder and divine beams collide in the biggest explosion yet; both are left battered (ep 0217 00:11:15–00:16:36). Locked evenly in strength, Lucif summons a giant energy apparition of himself, like the angels’ move first seen with Ultra Instinct Goku, and flattens Broly (ep 0217 00:18:36–00:20:39). Broly rises in his fully controlled Legendary Super Saiyan form, still with his Arc Saiyan eyes — power he swore to use only to save Cheelai and their child — and summons a far larger Oozaru apparition that tears Lucif’s apart and blasts Lucif into the wall (ep 0217 00:21:36–00:27:36). Lucif rises, tearing off his broken armour and mask — the limiters his father gave him — revealing a more muscular, unhurt body (ep 0217 00:29:24–00:31:05). He moves before Broly’s blast leaves his hand, gouges out Broly’s Arc Saiyan eyes, and eradicates the blinded Broly with one blast (ep 0217 00:31:57–00:34:27).

Uncertainties
- Zeus doesn’t announce the end of Round 5 in this episode; that Akobel wins it is inferred from Broly’s death.
- “father gave him. To limit. My powers.” (00:30:14–00:30:24) — “him” is as heard; read as “me”.
- Vegito senses “something… So much stronger” than the Lucif he saw early in the fight (00:17:55–00:18:01); the end narration says that sense “was correct after all” (00:34:35).
- The transcript repeats two short runs of lines (00:28:00–00:29:03, 00:30:29–00:30:45); treated as single events.
