Summary

Ultra Vegito, back after “possibly 100 years or more of training”, looks over the Elder Gods for the first time; Hera calls him “the traitor… My own creation, turning on me”, and Zeus lists his sins — killing deities, unleashing devils — and expects him to die with Akobel and Chronoa (ep 0214 00:00:36–00:04:42). In a blink Vegito is in the stands before Akobel, asking after Lucif; Akobel replies that Vegito isn’t even “the strongest Vegito in this tournament”, which only excites him, until Zeus orders him back (ep 0214 00:04:55–00:09:00). Hades brings out three fighters from a fiery portal: the big, moustached Maha, the mirror-armoured Vision and the masked Kobo (ep 0214 00:09:38–00:11:55). Shallot, reminded by Vegito to “remember what I told you”, walks out reluctantly — “this is all just a means to an end” — and is wrapped in Maha’s cloth and beaten unconscious, to Vegito’s amusement (ep 0214 00:13:58–00:22:39). Cumber dodges Vision perfectly until Vegito roars “What did I tell you?”; he then takes a hit, and Vision, turning into a copy of Cumber with his power, beats him easily (ep 0214 00:23:43–00:31:29). Kobo senses Vegito is “a demon” and begs to flee; Vegito invites all three to attack at once (ep 0214 00:31:46–00:34:15). They freeze mid-charge: Vegito’s red eyes now bear Chronoa’s symbol, like Whis’s when he was given her powers — he can control time (ep 0214 00:34:38–00:36:33). Detaching his hand to reveal Cell’s tail, he slices the frozen fighters to pieces and sucks up every part and drop of blood, then tells Zeus Round 4 is over (ep 0214 00:37:10–00:39:30). Omni Vegito, Ardos, Genesis and the Elder Gods all watch (ep 0214 00:39:30–00:40:05).

Key events

Uncertainties

  • That Shallot and Cumber lost on purpose, inferred here from Vegito’s reminders (00:14:11, 00:25:38) and Shallot’s “means to an end” (00:14:40), is confirmed next episode: they threw their fights because Vegito threatened to kill them (ep 0215 00:04:02–00:07:16).
  • Zeus doesn’t formally announce the result of Round 4 in this episode.
  • Goro isn’t seen with the team.
  • 00:03:53 Zeus’s first words, “Version creeps…”, are garbled.
